Please Note: We cannot refund returns for Hammerheads that were not purchased on our website. If you purchased your CORENINE Hammerhead at a retail store, contact the store to learn about their return/refund policy.

Returned Hammerheads must be received in the original box, in new condition and with all of the original packaging, parts, accessories, and documents. We will issue a refund after the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.

First, make sure the power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet before cleaning. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the massage head and attachments. Dry with a soft cloth.
