C9000 Standard Warranty

A five year parts and five year in-home service warranty is included with the CORENINE C9000 Pro Series Massage Chair purchase. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects and begins on the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.

To activate your warranty, you must REGISTER your massage chair.

If you encounter a problem with your massage chair, there may be a simple solution, so we encourage you to first go to our TROUBLESHOOTING page to see if you can solve the problem.

If you're not able to resolve the issue and have purchased your C9000 Massage Chair on our website, EMAIL us a description of the problem or call us at (800) 880-7750. We'll diagnose and schedule an authorized service provider to repair your chair in your home if necessary.

If you're not able to resolve the issue and have purchased your product at one of our retailers, contact the service department of the retailer where you purchased your CORENINE product. You'll need to provide them with your massage chair's serial number if applicable (located on the back of the chair near the power switch), a dated sales receipt, and a detailed description of the problem. Your retailer will contact us, and we'll diagnose and schedule an authorized service provider to repair your chair in your home if necessary.

After we determine a solution, we may provide you with a part and simple instructions to remedy the problem (such as a remote control replacement). If a replacement part for a defective part is not available, CORENINE will make a substitution in lieu of repair or replacement. All repair parts will be shipped to you free of charge.

Non-warranty repair is provided on a per incident basis. All applicable repairs, parts, shipping, handling, and local tax will be charged for non-warranty repairs.

Warranties are only valid in the 48 contiguous United States and urbanized areas of Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada. This warranty is contingent upon the correct use of the chair as defined in the corresponding instruction manual. Service, products or parts that are purchased via a non-authorized third party are not covered under this warranty. Field service requires pre-approval and does not apply to rental, business, commercial or other non-residential uses. Failure to comply with these conditions could result in the warranty being voided.

CORENINE does not issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for products that are purchased from retail stores. Contact the retail store where you purchased your chair to learn about their return policy.

This warranty only applies to CORENINE products and does not include any accessories or enhancements. Damage due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

Softening of foam and filling composites in pillows, pads and foam occurs naturally and does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

This warranty doesn't cover any loss or damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of the electrical/power supply, loss of power, a dropped product, a malfunction from failing to implement recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or weather and environmental conditions.

CORENINE and its representatives are not liable for indirect consequential or incidental damages including bodily injury or medical problems.
