We provide free white glove delivery for all massage chairs that are purchased on our website. This includes delivery to the first floor, chair assembly and removal of all packaging.
Our massage chairs can only be shipped to addresses in the USA at this time.
Please Note: We are currently experiencing slower shipping times than usual for items that are in stock. You can anticipate receiving your massage chair in about three weeks. All delivery methods are subject to change based on shipping availability.
What is your return policy for your massage chairs?
If you are not completely satisfied with your massage chair purchase, we offer a full refund minus shipping and a restocking/inspection fee of 15% of the original purchase price for all massage chairs that are purchased on our website within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please Note: We cannot refund returns for massage chairs and products that were not purchased on our website. If you purchased your CORENINE product at a retail store, contact the store to learn about their return/refund policy.
Returned massage chairs must be received in the original box, in new condition and with all of the original packaging, parts, accessories, and documents. We will issue a refund after the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.

How do I register my massage chair?
Your massage chair must be registered with a serial number to activate your warranty. Go to our PRODUCT REGISTRATION page and email us the requested information, including your chair's serial number which is located on the back of your chair near the power switch.
How do I clean my massage chair?
Before cleaning your massage chair, turn the power switch off and disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet to reduce the risk of electric shock. Do not use wet hands to connect or disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet. Do not use a damp cloth to clean the power cord.
For general synthetic leather care, wipe down the leather with a damp cloth, then a dry cloth. To remove stains, use a damp cloth with a 3-5% neutral detergent, then wipe with a dry cloth. Avoid excessive brushing or rubbing. Do not use benzene, thinner, alcohol, or any other solvent or abrasive cleansing agent on the leather.
For upholstery care, use a damp cloth with a 3-5% neutral detergent. Avoid excessive brushing or rubbing and let it air dry. Do not use benzene, thinner, alcohol, or any other solvent or abrasive cleansing agent on the upholstery.

How do I move my massage chair?
Make sure you unplug the power cord and remove the remote control before moving the chair. To prevent damage to the chair, do not lift while holding the side panels, arm panels or the leg ottoman. For most of our massage chair models, you can move the chair by raising the front of the chair and tilting back on the wheels. Two people may be needed to tilt back the chair. To prevent your tile or wood floors from being scratched, place a towel or blanket under the wheels or lift the frame of the massage chair using at least four people.

Can I make my massage MORE intense?
For some of our chairs you can remove the back cushion or head pillow for a more intense massage. You can also increase the air bag intensity for the acupressure air massage, increase the speed or intensity of the massage rollers, and lower the backrest to a flatter position.
Can I make my massage LESS intense?
The auto massage programs on most of our chairs offer a low to medium intensity massage for relaxation. Make sure the back cushion and head pillow are in place to soften your massage. You can also place a towel on the chair to provide extra cushioning until your body adjusts to a more routine massage. You can reduce the air bag intensity for the acupressure air massage, decrease the speed or intensity of the massage rollers, and raise the back of the chair to a more upright position.
