Please Note: CORENINE does not issue returns for products that are purchased from retail stores. Contact the retail store where you purchased your product to learn about their return policy.
Returned massage chairs and massage products must be received in the original box, in new condition and with all of the original packaging, parts, accessories, and documents. Any damage to the product, missing parts, and accessories are the consumer's responsibility and may incur additional fees. The consumer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to CORENINE's fulfillment center. Shipping and handling is not refundable unless the product is deemed defective.
CORENINE will issue a refund after the returned product is received and inspected. A refund will be issued to the consumer's credit card with a subtracted shipping charge unless the product is deemed defective. If the consumer returns a CORENINE product beyond the 30 day period, CORENINE retains the right to refuse delivery of the returned product. If a product is received without proper packaging and without all parts and accessories, CORENINE retains the right to charge the consumer for additional items. All returned massage chairs are subject to a restocking and inspection fee of 15% of the original purchase price.
