The following information provides you with some basic steps to resolve common issues with our massage chairs.
Check to make sure the power cord is not damaged. If damaged, contact your retailer's service department for a new power cord.
Check to make sure the plug is properly connected to a working electrical outlet.
Check to make sure both ends of the power cord are securely connected.
Check to make sure the main power switch (back of chair) is turned on. If not, turn the master power switch on and listen for an audible click to confirm the chair is getting power. If no click is heard, check to make sure a fuse has not burned out. If a fuse has burned out, replace the fuse.
If none of the previous methods have corrected the problem, contact your retailer's service department, or email us if you purchased your massage chair on our website.
If you continue to have problems, turn off the main power switch, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet, and contact your retailer's service department.
