We provide free white glove delivery for massage chairs that are purchased on our website. This includes delivery to the first floor, chair assembly, and removal of all packaging.

Our massage chairs can only be shipped to addresses in the USA at this time.

You can anticipate receiving your massage chair in about 2-3 weeks. All delivery methods are subject to change based on shipping availability.

We teamed up with Splitit to provide interest-free monthly payments for up to 12 months on all of our COREnine massage chairs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your massage chair purchase, we offer a full refund minus a 15% shipping and restocking fee for all massage chairs that are purchased on our website within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please Note: We cannot refund returns for massage chairs that were not purchased on our website. If you purchased your COREnine massage chair at a retail store, contact the store to learn about their return/refund policy.

Returned massage chairs must be received in the original box, in new condition and with all of the original packaging, parts, accessories, and documents. We will issue a refund after the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.

The COREnine 8835 Massage Chair cushion foam has been tested to meet CertiPUR-US® rigorous standards for emissions, content, and durability. Specifically, the foam is made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, phthalates regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, mercury, lead, or other heavy metals. In addition, the foam has low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions for indoor air quality and is screened for relevant chemicals, including flame retardants, that are classified as carcinogens, mutagens, or reproductive toxins that are harmful to human health.
