Our massage chairs can only be shipped to addresses in the USA at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: You can expect to receive your massage chair in about 3-4 weeks. All delivery methods are subject to change based on shipping availability.

Returned massage chairs must be received in the original box, in new condition and with all of the original packaging, parts, accessories, and documents. We will issue a refund after the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Specifically, the foam is made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, phthalates regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, mercury, lead, or other heavy metals. In addition, the foam has low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions for indoor air quality and is screened for relevant chemicals, including flame retardants, that are classified as carcinogens, mutagens, or reproductive toxins that are harmful to human health.
