• The Round Head can be used on both large and small muscle groups like the glutes, hamstrings, and quads.

• The Flat Head is designed for smaller areas and more dense muscle groups such as the shoulder blades and IT bands.

• The Bullet Head is best used to pinpoint smaller muscle groups such as the hands and feet.

• The Spinal Head is used primarily for trigger points and the lower back.

Please Note: We cannot refund returns for Micro Massagers that were not purchased on our website. If you purchased your COREnine Micro Massager at a retail store, contact the store to learn about their return/refund policy.

Returned Micro Massagers must be received in the original box, in new condition and with all of the original packaging, parts, accessories, and documents. We will issue a refund after the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.

First, make sure the power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet before cleaning. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the massage head and attachments. Dry with a soft cloth.
